Return & Exchange Policy

 At Thrayi Creations, every piece is packed with love and care. We accept returns only for
 damaged or defective products under the following conditions:

• You must send an unboxing video showing the package opening clearly, from start to
   end, without cuts or edits.
• Any damage or defect must be reported within 24 hours of delivery via email or
   WhatsApp with the video proof.
• Returns will not be accepted without proper unboxing proof.
• Once verified, you can choose a replacement or store credit for the same value.
• Products purchased during sales, offers, or clearance are not eligible for return or
   exchange
